I was confused when I first met Patrick in College; I didn’t understand how he could already know his Major and have an understanding of what his career path was going to look like. Patrick and I have shared many fun times together but he also has had a huge influence in helping me understand how important it is to set big goals. I have always had a huge respect for this guys ability to set and follow through on a plan. I recall a few years back we spent a cold New Years eve in Las Vegas sitting on his balcony and he told me he wanted to race a triathlon as one of his New Year’s resolutions; fast forward to later in the year and he had completed numerous races and performed so well he now had a shoe sponsor.
He has reached success in an industry many of us know a little about; Hotels. Don’t worry if you would like to know anything about the interworkings he is more than gracious to discuss it. I hate talking about work outside the office and would rather discuss my passions, Patrick’s passion is Hotels and there is no one in the industry that is going to top this guy. In this episode we discuss how to achieve success in the goals you set, how to attack change and how to do better. This guy’s got a lot to teach and it’s always an honor to learn from him.
